7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If no response is received, 2111bd reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month against the dormant balance, or to close the account entirely. Any remaining balance at the time of dormant account closure will be held for a period of 24 months and may be claimed by contacting support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2111bd and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 2111bd platform. • Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions
• Loss or corruption of data arising from hardware or software failures beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
